  • Number of passengers (Customers are reminded that a bookings made for stated numbers of passengers are exactly that and any changes to passenger numbers may incur an extra charge).
  • If you have requested a quote for your taxi or minibus and have decided to place a booking based upon that quote, it is important to remember that quote is only valid for 1 pick up and drop off, specified number of passengers and correct pick up and drop of address. Extra charges will apply to additional pick ups and stops for food etc.
  • By filling out the booking form for your taxi or minibus you are ensuring that all relevent information is translated as is, so there are no errors on our part so, please make certain all information i.e. flight numbers, booking time and dates are correct.
  • Your taxi or minibus may well turn up for your booking early, please be ready well in advance.
  • When customers have booked a collection from an airport by taxi or minibus, it is the customers responsibility to ensure their mobile phone is switched on and call their pre-arranged number to confirm the pick up point with their driver. If customers fail to check in with their mobile phone there may be delays and charges due to unforseen waiting time
